Friends — It’s Robert. I have an important request for you today, and I hope you’ll take a couple of minutes to read on.

My team reached out to you earlier this week letting you know the reality of political fundraising in the summer — particularly in August — and how difficult it has been for my campaign. Today, I am reaching out to emphasize just how critical it is that I have your support right now.

In less than 100 days, our country will be put to the test at the polls.

Democrats all across the country will be facing off against MAGA extremists trying to dismantle our democracy and strip Americans of their rights and freedoms. In fact, my very own opponent is an anti-abortion MAGA extremist.

I believe it is our responsibility to ensure as many Democrats win this November because that is the only way we can protect LGBTQ+ freedoms, restore abortion access, and protect our planet from climate catastrophe.

So all year, I have been working to ensure every Freshman House Democrat holds on to their seat because that is one of the best ways we can flip the House majority.

However, the only way we can succeed is if we build the resources we need to make sure Americans know who to vote for this November. And I can’t do it without your $3 contribution to my movement.

August has been slow for fundraising and has put a dent in our efforts to take back the House majority and with election day less than 100 days away, every single day matters from this day forward. Because that's all we have left. 3 months to give it everything we got to elect Kamala Harris as our next president, flip the House majority blue, and hold on to our slim Senate majority.

So I am respectfully asking: Can you please make a contribution of $3 or whatever you can afford to our movement to flip the House blue? It’s critical that I have a strong team behind me during a tough month like August.
