Dear Patriot,
A good portion of America has heard
the story of Rebecca Lavrenz, the 72-year-old great-grandmother and
faithful Christian who entered the Capital building with a group for
several minutes, caused no harm, and left when she was asked.
Through my organization, NCLU, I represented Rebecca in her legal battle
against the Biden/Harris justice department, and all I can say is that this
outcome floored me.
Thankfully, Rebecca will NOT go to jail, but she faces massive
consequences that will severely impact her life.
The sentence was:
- Six months house arrest
- 12 months probation
- A whopping $103,000 fine!
The fine is the largest ever handed down for a misdemeanor, and that's
why I'm writing to you. Please help me relieve Mrs. Lavrenz of this burden
by donating
today.
In the sentencing, Judge Zia Faruqui made several charged statements,
including, "I don’t know why being the J6 Praying Grandmother is more
important than being an actual grandmother." He then said, "Your faith is
being misplaced right now."
Faruqui, a member of the Board of Advisors of Muslim American
Public Service, took shots at Rebecca's Christian faith which was not
appropriate in any setting.
Following her sentencing, Rebecca firmly reestablished her faith,
saying, "While I respect you, I answer to a higher
judge.”
When imposing the grossly disproportionate fine, the judge weighed in on
Rebecca's outpouring of support and stated, "There is a wellspring
of money that you have that I don’t believe is appropriate for
you to have.”
But Judge Faruqui has already ruled, and he cannot stop you from
supporting Rebecca to ease the burden of this outlandish fine. Let's
do this by donating and asking your friends and family to do the
same.
In addition to the sentence, the Federal Judge ordered Rebecca to be
banned from using the Internet. Thus, her ability to communicate, bank,
shop, manage her bed and breakfast reservations, and Facetime her grandkids
is gone.
It was another unprecedented order that is typically applied to child
sex offenders.
Judge Faruqui justified the Internet restriction by saying it prevents
Rebecca from spreading "inflammatory material" in the lead-up to the 2024
Elections. This strips Rebecca of her First Amendment right and interferes
with the election by limiting the speech of an American.
It also prevents Rebecca from raising the much-needed funds she needs to
pay this fine and appeal this ruling—which I will take to the
Supreme Court of the United States if I have to.
This
is another reason why your support is vital, so please donate to help
Rebecca now.
Judge Faruqui’s final restriction had me scratching my head. He
stated, “You went in to try to find Congresspeople to find them and
confront them. That's unacceptable. You can't do that. Nobody can do that.
The way to do that is through our legal system. To go to court."
No, that is not how it works. We have a representative Congress that
serves the people and communicates with the public directly, NOT through
the courts.
Tied to that statement, the judge ordered Rebecca to obtain permission
from her probation officer to meet with her members of Congress. I do not
believe that restriction is Constitutional.
We must help Rebecca Lavrenz. She is one of us. She is a typical
American who loves her country and is willing to fight for it, but because
she entered the Capital on the wrong day and caused no harm, she has been
targeted by the Biden/Harris regime as a person who poses “a threat to
future acts of political violence.”
Is the Biden/Harris Administration THAT terrified of a little
72-year-old grandmother, or are they sending a message to the rest of
us?
You know the answer, and WE ARE NOT AFRAID!
Like Rebecca, I answer to a higher judge, and I'm sure you do as well,
so please, let’s
come together for this Christian American and help her get through this by
donating today.
I appreciate your support for Rebecca and your help in her legal
fight.

P.S.
We need to help Rebecca pay this outrageous fine and fund her appeals to
take this to the highest court in the land if need be. So please,
donate
all that you can today.
