My colleague, Senator Mitch McConnell, has been doing excellent work getting judicial vacancies filled, despite the current COVID-19 crisis. Democrat obstruction has been tough, but he’s committed to getting every seat filled in 2020.

Mitch has made his motto for the rest of the year “leave no vacancy behind,” and I commend him for his hard work as we grapple with possibly losing Republican control of the Senate and White House this November.

It would be a major blow if the Democrats took over and we didn’t have those vacancies filled by principled, conservative constitutionalists, who will keep both the letter and the spirit of the law in all their cases.

It is more important than ever that we maintain our majority, so I have decided to split my campaign donations 50/50 with Mitch.
