[ [link removed] ]Welch for Vermont
Hi Friend,
I’ve known Bernie Sanders for many years. When we were both working in
local Vermont politics, I always respected his work ethic and unwavering
support of workers.
I’ve witnessed that same drive to help everyday folks now that we’re both
in Congress. And our offices have worked together to help Vermonters
around the state.
I’ve supported his reelection to the Senate from his announcement, and I’m
excited that he’s officially the Democratic nominee following our primary
election on Tuesday.
As our Senator, Bernie has always fought for hardworking folks and against
corporate greed that tried to take advantage of them, he’s fought Big
Pharma to lower prescription drug costs, and has been a champion of a
Green New Deal.
With so many challenges facing Vermont and America right now, Bernie’s got
my vote. And I hope he has yours too.
Thanks,
Peter
