John,
We have exciting, BREAKING NEWS!
The Montana Conservation Voters (MCV) just endorsed Raph's campaign in the Democratic primary for Attorney General.
Here's what MCV Deputy Director Whitney Tawney had to say:
"Montana Conservation Voters is excited to support Raph Graybill in his campaign for Montana Attorney General. Our state needs new elected leaders to fight for our conservation values. Raph, with his significant experience as a public servant, is the strongest chance of putting a conservation champion in the Attorney General's office."
The Montana Constitution guarantees us a right to a clean and healthful environment and it is the Attorney General’s job to defend our constitution and make sure our rights have meaning.
This is what’s at stake in the 2020 election.
Raph is the only candidate in the race, Democrat or Republican, who has taken direct action representing Montanans in court—and winning—to protect our public lands and defend the Montana constitution (Bullock vs. Fox).
As Attorney General, Raph will always defend Montanans’ access to public lands and ensure our natural resources and state trust lands are protected.
It's an honor to receive this endorsement. Will you stand with MCV and make sure we elect Raph Graybill as our next Attorney General?
-Team Graybill

Supporting the campaign: Raph is currently working full time to support Governor Bullock. With the outbreak of COVID-19, we’ve cancelled all in-person fundraisers and events. But this election is more important than ever, especially with our access to healthcare on the line. If you want to continue to support our efforts to put a fighter for Montana in the Attorney General’s office, you can do so HERE.

About Raph: Raph Graybill is Chief Legal Counsel to Governor Steve Bullock. A fifth-generation Montanan from Great Falls, Graybill won a Rhodes Scholarship and graduated from Yale Law School. Graybill beat the Trump Administration in court over dark money, protected our public lands from out-of-state developers, and defended Montana's public schools.
The non-partisan Cook Political Report rates Graybill as the top Democratic candidate to win back the Attorney General's office this fall. |
