I'm reaching out to see if you could chip in $5 to my husband's campaign to defeat Ted Cruz, just $1 for each of the five reasons below.

1. My husband is TIED with Ted Cruz in the polls, meaning this is our best chance to defeat Ted Cruz. (And remember, Ted barely won in 2018.)

2. Ted Cruz called the overturning of Roe v. Wade a "massive victory" and wants to ban abortion nationwide.

3. While Ted has worked to make it harder for Texans to vote, Colin is a voting rights lawyer with a history of fighting to protect voting rights right here in Texas.

4. Colin knows what it takes to win. He's done it before, defeating a 22-year GOP incumbent when experts gave him a 10% chance of winning.

5. We have a $100,000 daily fundraising goal, and Colin is counting on small-dollar donations from folks like you to help him hit this goal and finally send Cruz packing!
