President Biden just used a Washington Post op-ed to outline his three-part plan to strengthen Democracy and protect the legitimacy of the Supreme Court.
Part one is a Constitutional amendment ensuring that presidents do not have immunity for crimes they commit while in office. Part two is an 18-year term limit for Supreme Court Justices. Part three is a binding code of conduct for Supreme Court Justices.

Vice President Harris immediately offered her support for the plan. In a statement, she pointed out that the Supreme Court's "fairness has been called into question" and that "these popular reforms will help to restore confidence in the Court."
