The Supreme Court just dismissed an NRA-backed lawsuit, averting a threat to constitutional gun safety laws.

This is a victory for common sense and the rule of law--and a major loss for the NRA.

When we first emailed you about this back in November, we were concerned because this was the first time in 10 years that the Supreme Court decided to hear a major 2nd Amendment challenge.

However, because of you, we were able to hold a rally outside of the Supreme Court building on December 2nd and use our resources to advocate for safer gun laws.

This is a major victory for gun safety, but you can bet it won't be our last fight with the gun lobby, which is why today we have to ask:

If you are able, will you make a $3 donation to help us continue the work we are doing to end gun violence? Whether it's the Supreme Court or Congress, we are working hard to uphold gun safety laws from coast to coast.

The stakes of this case couldn't have been any higher, but thanks to gun safety activists from coast to coast we were able to make our voices heard and succeed in upholding gun safety laws.

We should all take a moment to feel this win and celebrate the hard work that was done to get here.
