John,
Washington has been on the front lines of climate change, facing increased wildfires and droughts, historic heat waves, and now,
another summer marked by extreme weather events. These challenges underscore the urgent need for swift and bold action.
Environmental protection has always been central to my work, both as your representative and as Co-Chair of the Puget Sound Recovery Caucus.
The Caucus has worked hard to secure funding to restore habitats, reduce pollution, and protect the unique ecosystems of the Puget Sound. Our efforts have not only preserved this critical natural resource but also strengthened our region's resilience against the impacts of climate change.
In Congress, I have championed legislation that advances clean energy, safeguards our air and water, and addresses the disproportionate impacts of climate change on marginalized communities. This work is critical to ensuring a sustainable future for Washington and beyond.
However, our progress is fragile. The far-right's Project 2025 agenda threatens to roll back essential climate protections, putting polluters' profits over people and jeopardizing everything we’ve achieved. Now, more than ever, we need leaders who will stand firm and continue to champion climate action.
As we approach the general election, I want to hear from you. Your voice is vital in shaping the direction of our environmental policies. Can you take a moment to complete this quick survey and share your thoughts on the climate issues that matter most to you?

Thank you for your continued support and for joining me in this fight for our planet’s future.
