Dear John,
Thank you to all those who joined us for the Local Peace Economy meeting last night!
We loved moving our bodies with you! Remember, the solutions to the problems we face aren't in our heads. We need to embodied on this path as we walk it together. What's one commitment you can make to yourself to reconnect with your body before our next call? A mindful breath each day? Morning stretches? A morning walk or afternoon dance break? Being still and listening to what your body has to say before bed? There is no wrong way to do this, so listen for what feels right to you.
