John,
For far too many years, Americans have paid the world’s highest prices for prescription drugs.
Today, the Biden-Harris administration announced new negotiated, lower drug prices for the first ten drugs selected in the initial round of the Medicare drug price negotiation program.
New lower, negotiated drug prices for the first ten drugs eligible for Medicare drug price negotiation. Help us let seniors on Medicare know about their new lower drug prices on these ten drugs, starting in 2026!
Two years ago, President Biden signed this historic legislation, after Vice President Harris cast the tie-breaking vote in the Senate. President Biden and Vice President Harris took on Big Pharma, and they won.
Because of the historic, drug price-lowering Inflation Reduction Act finally empowering Medicare to negotiate lower prescription drug prices two years ago, Americans enrolled in Medicare are now set to save $1.5 billion in out-of-pocket costs in 2026 alone. Millions of seniors and others on Medicare will now pay less for medications treating heart disease, cancer, diabetes, blood clots, arthritis, and more.
The list prices for all ten of these drugs will drop between 38 and 79 percent.
In 2026 alone, the first year of this program, Medicare will save $6 billion because of these new, negotiated lower drug prices. (A big fiscal deal!)
While Big Pharma continues to fight in court to block these lower drug prices, we refuse to back down.
When the Biden-Harris administration won the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act, Big Pharma lost for the first time ever, and they’re not happy about it. Chip in to help us fight back & to keep beating Big Pharma again and again!

But that’s not all. We’re not just fighting for these ten prescription drugs to have lower prices. Within ten years, Medicare will have the power to negotiate lower prices on well over 100 drugs.
And make no mistake, we will keep pushing for even more drugs to be eligible for drug price negotiation. We are going to keep fighting until every single American can get the medications they need.
When it comes to lower prescription drug prices and fighting Big Pharma, we’re not going back.
We’re not going back to a world without Medicare drug price negotiation! We’re going to keep letting everyone know about these new, lower drug prices for millions of Medicare beneficiaries & we’re going to keep fighting to lower even more drug prices for even more Americans, too. Can you chip in today?
Thank you,
