We need to level with you, John. There’s both good and bad news here:
The good news first: Grassroots momentum has SURGED in recent days -- supporters of all ages and backgrounds are joining Vice President Harris and Governor Walz on the campaign trail.
Philly, Detroit, Eau Claire, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and more. Thank you. It means the world to Tim and Kamala.
But here’s the bad news: While we might have momentum right now, we are still the underdogs in this race.
Donald Trump is still leading in many polls. The margins are extremely thin. The stakes haven’t changed, and neither has Donald Trump’s strategy of baseless attacks against his opponents.
He is resorting to wild lies about Kamala and Tim's record.
And he is making sure those lies hit the airwaves.
We can’t let Trump reach voters in key battleground states before we do.
With our mid-month deadline tonight, we can’t get complacent and allow Trump’s lies to go unchecked. We have to keep up our momentum and tackle these attacks head on.
