About the job
The Stationary Engineer 3 position is responsible for maintaining and operating the Powerhouse to provide steam for heating and hot water generation, and chilled water for cooling to the Capitol Campus facilities 24 hours a day for 365 days of the year. This role is also responsible for monitoring the lake levels and ensuring that the Metasys control system is operating the Capital Lake Dam properly, while ensuring that the lake level is at acceptable levels at both high and low levels.
