Dear Fellow American,

I’ll be short and direct….

…even as we face strong opposition from the radical Left and the
lawless, secretive Biden administration, Judicial Watch is standing
firm for the rule of the law.

And especially if you can help us today with a special contribution

can have even greater impact as we fight FOR government accountability
and AGAINST unlawful government secrecy and corruption.

* LIKE OUR MISSION TO REDUCE VOTER FRAUD. Our successful lawsuits
and settlement requiring states to take reasonable steps to keep their
voter rolls accurate have led to the removal of over FOUR MILLION
ineligible names nationwide...and we are now suing ILLINOIS over its
failure to clean its voter rolls.
* LIKE CHALLENGING THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION'S UNPRECEDENTED
WEAPONIZATION OF GOVERNMENT AGAINST ITS POLITICAL OPPONENTS. We have
used open records laws to expose FBI targeting of conservative
Catholics, and we have gone to court to get to the facts about Biden
administration efforts to target and harass other perceived enemies,
including Donald Trump.
* LIKE OUR LAWSUITS IN BOSTON, MINNEAPOLIS, OAKLAND (CA) AND SAN
FRANCISCO. We were in court challenging liberal "woke" policies that
are fanning the flames of racial and gender resentment by using public
funds to institute policies that clearly violate basic constitutional
principles of "_equal opportunity_" and "_equal protection under the
law_" by granting special preferences to Americans based on their
race, gender and ethnicity.
* LIKE FOR FIGHTING FOR TRANSPARENCY UNDER LAW IN THE PUBLIC
INTEREST AND FOR PUBLIC SAFETY. Our Georgia Open Records sought to
learn the facts about the murder of University of Georgia nursing
student Laken Riley in February, allegedly by an illegal alien. We
won't let political forces suppress the truth about this tragedy, as
our nation reels under the human costs of Joe Biden's open borders
policies.

As far as I’m concerned, we can’t ever file enough lawsuits to
fight for the rule of law and honest and open government.

But we also take our budget realities very seriously.

Since we are routinely opposed by taxpayer-funded lawyers and
bureaucrats in the liberal “permanent government” who fight
against us and for unlawful government secrecy with bottomless
resources, it's essential that we’re prepared financially

Personally, I can’t think of a time in our 30-year history when a
strong Judicial Watch has been _MORE_ important to our nation.

I hope you will join with us today so we can continue to fight...and
fight effectively...for the rule of law and the American people's
"right to know!"

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
