Events
→ Team Wittman had a fantastic week traveling around the district, visiting
every GOP committee meeting and doing some doorknocking. A big thank you to the
Hanover, Henrico, Greater Richmond Young Republicans, Log Cabin Republicans,
and many more for welcoming us at your meetings! We always enjoy connecting
with our community and hearing your concerns both at the doors and in the
committees.
→ Thank you to the Greater Richmond Young Republicans and Log Cabin
Republicans for hosting a joint event in support of our campaign! Thank you to
everyone who showed up and for all your continued help!
→ The Henrico GOP held an amazing breakfast over the weekend. We had so many
volunteers out in support for us to knock on doors and spread the word about
the upcoming election on November 5th.
→ Our signs are going up! We are starting to put up 4x8’s all over the
district! If you have a location for a 4x4 or 4x8 Rob Wittman for Congress sign

Rob In The News:
This week's News highlights with Rob Wittman!
→ "Representative Rob Wittman (VA-01) has been a steadfast political centrist
who has been dedicated to fighting out-of-control inflation caused by runaway
government spending. Unlike his colleagues in DC, Rob is always approachable
and takes the time to explain his votes on any issue. We may not agree on his
position on every vote he takes, but he is always transparent about how and why
he arrived at the decision to vote one way or the other..."

→ "I think at best we might get one or two done. I think we're going to end up
with a CR," said Rep Rob Wittman (R, VA-01).
The problem with CR's is that they freeze all federal spending at the prior
year's levels, creating uncertainty and hardship for the private sector which
supports government operations, like shipyards that build and repair warships
for the Navy.
