Good morning, Democrats.

Here is the good news: Immediately after Tim Walz was named Kamala Harris' running mate, we saw a surge of individual donations. It was awesome. That is money the Democratic Party can put to work immediately in order to defeat Donald Trump and elect Democrats across the country.

Here is the bad news: In recent days we have seen a significant slowdown in donations. That's not great. Especially with the convention coming up, our FEC deadline shortly after, and with very real fundraising goals we need to reach in order to win.

Look at this chart.

The blue line is money raised, the purple line is the number of donations. You can see the drop.

So we have two choices to catch up. Either we need A LOT more individual donations, or we are hoping people can give a few more bucks when they donate.

Normally we ask people making their first donation of the cycle to give $3 or $7. But today, we are asking you to give a bit more at this critical time - $15 if you can. It would mean a lot.

Kamala Harris and Democrats running for office everywhere are hoping you can donate $15 directly to the Democratic Party today. Help us reach our fundraising goals before the convention begins and our FEC deadline ends.

Thank you in advance for chipping in. This is an important moment in the election cycle, and reaching our goals will go a long way toward helping Democrats win.
