Everywhere we turn, we see abusive corporations attacking the environment, democracy, and the basic human rights we hold dear.

Whether it’s Boeing profiting from war and being charged with conspiracy to evade responsibility for its potential business malpractice or Veolia trying to escape accountability for its role in the Flint water crisis, corporations will stop at nothing to protect their profits.

And that’s why Corporate Accountability’s work is so needed: we too will stop at nothing to stop corporate abuse. But while corporations lobby and interfere in policymaking so they can continue business as usual, we are funded by a people-powered movement that can’t be co-opted by corporate money.
