Our $160,000 2X Matching Gift Challenge ends at midnight
TOMORROW.

Now is the perfect time to demonstrate your commitment to
helping to provide care and support to those impacted by Alzheimer's
disease and accelerate research for new methods of treatment,
prevention and ultimately, a cure. Your first gift can double in
impact and will go directly to helping the nearly 7 million Americans
living with this devastating disease, while advancing critical
research. Can we count on you?

Thanks to the support of our donors, we are in a historic time
in our fight. There are now U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved
treatments that could meaningfully change the course of the disease
for people living with early Alzheimer's. While these treatments offer
hope to some, they are not the answer for everyone. Our work is far
from done. We won't rest until everyone living with dementia of any
kind - at any stage - can get the treatment, care and
support they need and deserve. Will you join us in the fight?

Living Well with Dementia: The
Benefits of Exercise
Physical activity is associated with a lower risk of cognitive
decline, as cardiovascular exercise will increase blood flow to your
brain and body, providing additional nourishment while reducing
potential dementia risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes
and high cholesterol.
Group exercise, where you can connect with others who enjoy
similar activities, can improve both your physical and social health.
Aerobic exercise that increases your heart rate for 20 to 30 minutes,
provides the most benefit for physical and cognitive health. Try
vigorous walking, a fun dance class or tennis.
Providing resources and tips for our community is just one of
the ways your support helps further our mission to lead the way to end
Alzheimer's and all other dementia - by accelerating global
research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing
quality care and support. And right now your support can go twice as
far during our $160,000 Match Challenge, but please hurry - this
match ends tomorrow. Please don't miss out on this amazing opportunity
to show your support while your first gift can go twice as far today.

Generous supporters at The Kahlert
Foundation, a Maryland based family foundation, have pledged $160,000
to the Alzheimer's Association to support Alzheimer's research and
programs and outreach initiatives at their local chapter - but
only if we can raise that same amount by midnight tomorrow. Your first
gift can have 2X the impact to advance research and help provide care
and support.

But this opportunity ends TOMORROW.
For one more day, you can join The Kahlert Foundation to
become a key part of the movement to rid the world of this cruel
disease. I would be so grateful if you took the time today to make a
gift that can make twice the difference for those impacted by
Alzheimer's. Thank you in advance.
