John, I still remember the fear and shock I felt as I was handcuffed, thrown into a cell, and treated like a criminal. The panic attack they put me through. Their cold eyes watching us, knowing we were innocent of any crime. For what? For standing up for my faith? For daring to demand respect for Christians after the disgraceful opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, where a parody of the Last Supper was broadcast worldwide? The police lied to me. They played dirty. The entire French system played dirty, doing everything they could to break me and my team emotionally. I was humiliated, stripped, searched, and forced to endure atrocious conditions all while they stared waiting for me to crack. But I didn’t let them break me. I couldn’t because I knew what CitizenGO stands for and because I knew I could count on the unwavering support of people like you. What happened to me in Paris was an attack not just on me, but on all Christians who dare to stand up for their faith. And if we don’t act now, this could happen to you too. CitizenGO is taking decisive legal action against those who mistreated us, filing criminal complaints against the French authorities. This fight is crucial—not just for me, but for you, your family, and all of us. It’s about ensuring every Christian can defend their faith freely without being mocked, abused, or persecuted. But I cannot do this alone. Will you donate to help me hold the French authorities accountable and defend the rights of Christians like us, worldwide? 100% of your gift goes directly to our efforts to stop this from ever happening again.
The stakes have never been higher. If we let the injustice I suffered go unanswered, tyrants like the Paris police will believe Christians like you and me can be silenced, that our faith can be trampled on without consequence. This is more than just a legal battle; it’s a fight for our rights and our faith. Together, we must show the world that Christians will not be intimidated or silenced. Your support is vital to achieving this.

Thank you for your unwavering support during this difficult time. Isabel Moreno my 5 colleagues arrested with me, and the entire CitizenGO team - Here's the email we sent you earlier on this:
Dear John,
The world watched as our faith was ridiculed at the Olympic Games, and we just couldn't stay silent. During the Paris 2024 Olympics opening ceremony, Christians around the world were shocked and deeply hurt as Christ was openly mocked in front of a global audience. In what can only be described as a grotesque parody, the Last Supper—a moment deeply revered in our faith—was depicted by nude transgenders, drag queens, and other performers in a manner that was both offensive and blasphemous. This was not just an artistic expression; it was a calculated attack on everything we hold sacred. We acted swiftly to take your concerns directly to Paris. Within days, we met with a lawyer to discuss our options to sue those responsible for the ceremony. And together with 5 colleagues, I traveled to Paris—to carry your voice and that of over 400,000 people who signed our petition demanding an apology and action to stop the attacks on Christians. Now, the world has also watched how the tyrannical French authorities tried to silence us and lock us up! Yes, you read that right. The police lied to us, saying we were being taken away to file a report. Instead, they humiliated us—forcing us to endure conditions no law-abiding citizen should face. I can still see the red marks on my wrists from the handcuffs. I can still hear the sirens blaring as they took us away. I was treated like a criminal—stripped to my bare skin and searched, deprived of my belongings, and thrown in a dark basement cell for the night with the two other women in our group. The fear and shock were overwhelming. I had a panic attack. I couldn’t breathe. The walls of that hot and dark basement cell felt like they were closing in. But we prayed together, we comforted each other, and we refused to let their tyrannical and unjust actions break us. Thank God, due to pressure from our team outside, the French police were forced to release us, so my five friends and I are safely back home. But the fight is far from over. We were detained, not because we committed any crime or broke any rules (we made sure we were completely within the law), but because we stood up against the offensive actions during the Olympics inauguration ceremony and defended the rights of Christians worldwide. I was terrified. I was shaken. But now, I’m back. I’ve regrouped, and I’m ready to fight—stronger than ever so that you and every other Christian is safe from arrest. As I said, CitizenGO immediately started planning legal action against those who authorized an opening ceremony that mocked Christians worldwide. Now, we are also pursuing legal action to bring justice to those responsible for wrongful detention and abuse of power against us. But we need your help to do this. We must raise funds to cover legal fees, court costs, and all the other expenses involved in these battles. If we don’t fight now, totalitarian authorities may become emboldened to expand attacks like this on Christians who dare speak up. This is about defending our faith, protecting the fundamental rights of every Christian, and making sure what happened to me that day doesn't happen to you tomorrow. Will you help?

This fight is about more than what happened to us in Paris. It’s about protecting your rights, your faith, and ensuring that no Christian faces the same injustice tomorrow. What happened to us that day was the greatest injustice I’ve ever experienced. But I know we were targeted in this attack because CitizenGO is always the first on the scene, the first to defend our faith. This abuse of power, the denial of basic rights, the intimidation, and the humiliation I experienced in Paris were direct consequences of our unwavering commitment to being on the front lines and being your voice on the global stage. When Christians speak out, we face retaliation. And if we don’t fight back now, these injustices will only escalate. This traumatic experience will stay with me forever, but it also reinforces our mission - to ensure that you, me, and every single Christian can stand up for our faith freely, without fear of persecution or retribution. So we’re taking a stand—a bold and decisive one! We refuse to forget the reason we were in Paris–the ceremony that was a calculated attack on Christian values, orchestrated with state complicity. By endorsing this spectacle, the French state violated its duty of neutrality and unlawfully took sides in a religious matter. That is why we are launching legal action on two fronts: first, to challenge the blatant mockery of our faith during the Olympic ceremony. The second, to denounce the unjust arrests and mistreatment we endured in Paris at the hands of the Police - the intimidation and extortion tactics they used to silence us. These legal battles are crucial, but they are also costly. Will you help me ensure we have the resources to fight this fight to the end—and to set a precedent that will protect Christians like you and me, across the world? 100% of your gift will go to making sure that your faith is defended, justice is served, that these wrongs are righted, and that CitizenGO will be able to continue fighting future battles as fast as possible!

CitizenGO has been on the front lines from the very beginning. We were the first to stand up when our faith was mocked and spat on.
We acted swiftly—arriving in Paris with a bus, over 400,000 signed petitions, and planned legal action against those responsible for the blasphemy that was the opening ceremony. CitizenGO is consistently first! While I was terrified in that stifling basement jail cell, the dedicated team outside was working tirelessly, contacting lawyers and embassies to get us out. Within a day, they secured our release. Now, we’re the first to fight back and make an example of those abusing their power against Christians. But our nimbleness and success are impossible without you. We need your support to see this through. If we let the injustice that my team and I suffered go unanswered, tyrants like the Paris police will believe Christians can be silenced and that our faith can be trampled on without consequence. This is more than a legal battle - it’s a fight for our rights and our faith. If we don’t act now, what will happen to Christians like you and me tomorrow? Please, help me ensure you never have to endure what I did. Help me show the world that Christians will not be intimidated.
