OCYR Summer Legislative Reception

It's almost here! Join us tomorrow at Orange County Young Republicans on Thursday, August 15th, for our 7th Annual Legislative Reception.

We are excited to announce that Engilla Eshaqzai will join us as a confirmed speaker.

After Joe Biden botched the Afghanistan withdrawal, with our troops and allies suffering, Engilla did what the Biden administration refused to do.

Engilla stepped up and took action, personally funding evacuation flights for thousands of Afghan military families and Christians at risk.

Her story of courage and leadership is one you won't want to miss.

OCYR Engage is our civic engagement program designed to encourage civic participation through attending public meetings and driving the public discourse through Op-eds and Letters to the Editor.

If we want to make an impact in our country, state, and community, it's critical that we understand how our civic government works and that we support the Republican movement in and out of elections.

Our friends at the Greater Irvine Republicans will be hosting their 5th Annual GIR BBQ on Saturday August 10th at 11am.

Admission will be $15 for GIR members and $25 for non-members. The location will be at a park in Tustin, and will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.

This fall, YRNF will be hosting their next national quarterly over in San Diego from November 15-17. This will be the first time in 8 years we've had a national quarterly in California, and the opportunity to attend is open to all California YRs.
