📢Take Action: Opt Out of Clearview’s Settlement

We’re sounding off the alarm on a new legal development that potentially involves you. Clearview AI, a notorious facial recognition company, is poised to settle a consolidated class action lawsuit that includes virtually everyone–and probably you. If you’ve been on social media between 2017 and now, you are most likely a class member. We’re asking you to take action: Reject this Clearview settlement and opt out.

This settlement doesn’t offer the protection our community deserves and allows Clearview, a company with alt-Right ties, to continue with business as usual: selling our faces in exchange for a payout that could be as little as pennies. Clearview has accumulated billions of images in their database without our consent. We’re calling this settlement for what it is: a cop out instead of real changes to their shady business practices.

We're joining Just Futures Law, Mijente, and Fight for the Future are joining together to launch a national campaign opposing this #ClearviewCopOut, We’re exposing Clearview’s surveillance tech and asking you to help us send a message opposing further data exploitation.
