Dear Friends and Neighbors... It will be a busy weekend in Fairbanks as school starts, summer ends and the election season begins! First, thank you for the support and help of my campaign for re-election to the State Senate. It has been hard work-and it is worth it to be able to represent hardworking people just like you! It won't be easy. The Fairbanks Daily Newsminer August 12th article speaks about what we are up against! "One candidate for District P, Republican Leslie Hajdukoivich, has raised more than her opponent and the four District R candidates combined, with a significant portion of those funds coming from outside"..."She has been raking in cash from business executives living outside of Alaska." With that said, would you consider chipping in any amount to counteract her funders and create a grassroots campaign for re-election? Every donation makes a difference as we move forward to a brighter future for Alaska. Your contribution of $50, $250, $500, $1000, or more will make sure we run strong campaigns that are focused on Alaska's future.

I would also like to invite you to two events over the weekend in which you may participate and engage in my campaign. The first is an open house of the new campaign headquarters that are located at 514 2nd Avenue in downtown Fairbanks. Meet candidates, enjoy refreshments, pick up a yard sign and buttons, and find out how you can get involved, and have fun! Campaigning takes all of us working together. Come on out, bring a friend, and let's get a great slate of progressive, pro-Fairbanks candidates elected! Parking is easy! If you don't find any parking on 2nd Avenue, the parking garage is open and so is parking on weekends at the Courthouse just around the corner! It is easy to get downtown! For more information, please call: Coordinated Campaign Manager Andy Keller, (907) 699-2281 or Interior Democrats Chair Van Lawrence, (907) 388-7738. A second event is a live auction, potluck and fundraiser for me at the Alaska Senate Majority. She will also change the Bipartisan Senate to the extreme right if she is successful and wins. He needs your votes, volunteers and contributions to ensure he wins this election for all Alaskans. The event is held at the home of Sharon and Sean at the Dome Home at 159 Kniffen Rd, 99712! Bring a food item to share and an auction item to sell. Food and baked goods go for top dollar. Questions call Sean at (907)-888-0124 Campaign Open House 514 2nd Avenue Saturday, August 17 from 1-3pm Auction and Fundraiser to Protect the Senate Bipartisan Majority 159 Kniffen Rd Sunday, August 18 from 4-6pm

If you are unable to attend, please consider making a donation at each of the candidate contribution buttons below. Every donation makes a difference as we move forward to a brighter future for Alaska. Your contribution of $50, $250, $500, $1000 or whatever you can give will allow us to run the kind of campaign that we need to win!
