Listen, when I was first thinking about running for Arizona’s Senate seat last year I really didn’t know what to expect.

I knew I had some supporters and friends I could count on, but beyond that it was a shot in the dark.

One thing I knew for sure was that I would need a massive team behind me. More than a year and a half later, we’ve built that team. More than 300,000 people have chipped in to my campaign, and I’m incredibly proud of that.

Over the last few months I’ve learned just how important this team really is. [Every dollar you’ve chipped in has gotten us to this point.

But beyond you and our other supporters there just aren’t many people we can count on. Nobody else is coming to save the day. We don’t have an army of millionaires and billionaires coming to drop pallets of cash on us, and I wouldn’t run my campaign that way even if it was an option.

There’s no backup here. It’s up to us to defeat Trump and Lake in Arizona. I believe that we can. But I know I can’t do that by myself. So, before our mid-month deadline tomorrow, I’m humbly asking you to make a donation to my campaign.
