"Veterans Affairs Hospitals Will Give Masks Only to Some
Employees, Memos Show" - Wall Street Journal
As COVID-19 continues to spread, it's tragic that hospitals
are experiencing a shortage of lifesaving personal protective
equipment (PPE) and ventilators.
Without PPE, doctors and nurses are at risk of becoming
infected themselves. And without ventilators, patients will
suffer and some will die.
Veterans Affairs hospitals don't have adequate PPE for all
employees. If we don't act, heroes who served our country will
die because of Trump's negligence.
That's why President Trump must IMMEDIATELY operationalize
the Defense Production Act to compel American manufacturers to
produce more ventilators and personal protective equipment.
Add your name to join me in demanding that President Trump
move forward with the Defense Production Act. Lives are on the
line and there can be no delay!

Health care workers all over the country are being asked to
reuse protective equipment and stretch ventilators by hooking up
two patients to a single machine.
The bottom line is this: Continued shortages of PPE, medical
equipment and testing will lead to more tragic, avoidable deaths.
Lives are at stake, and President Trump has failed to act.
Sign here to demand he use the full power of the Defense
Production Act to produce lifesaving medical equipment and ensure
effective nationwide testing.
