I’ve been fighting to rein in these far-left Big Tech companies for years. They’ve wielded their power to silence conservatives, doing the bidding of the corrupt Democratic Party. 
 
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Trampling the First Amendment is UNAMERICAN, period. 
 
I recently issued a report after a lengthy investigation into Eventbrite, after I learned about the company’s treatment of NCAA All-American swimmer Riley Gaines – a true hero who has put it all on the line to stand up against the woke-left transgender agenda. 
 
What we’ve learned is these companies are using their hidden terms of service to continue their censorship agenda under the radar. 
 
That’s why I’ve introduced the Transparency in Enforcement, Restricting, and Monitoring of Service (TERMS) Act to expose these Big Tech censors. 
 
This legislation would require more transparency in terms of service policies enacted by online service providers, and give consumers more accurate information on how these companies operate. 
 
We need this on the books now more than ever. America’s future is on the line.
