This distinguished honor is presented annually to a director who has made significant and lasting contributions to the association and the field of equalization.
Brian Busscher received this prestigious award on July 30, during the 2024 MAED Annual Conference in Harris, Michigan. His peers across the state recognized him for his exceptional leadership, deep expertise, and unwavering dedication to advancing the goals of the MAED. Brian’s work has been instrumental in providing legislative guidance, solutions, and best practices that have benefited the entire profession.
