Confucius Classrooms did not only expand from Confucius Institutes and into K-12 schools; instead, they grew out of China’s strategy to influence America’s civic and business leaders.

This Fall, the Hertog Foundation will offer three seminars, each capped at 15 fellows, exploring the works of Benjamin Franklin, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, and William Shakespeare. All course materials are provided, and fellows receive a small stipend to support their study.
