President Trump removed Dr. Richard Bright, the government’s top vaccine expert who was in charge of developing a vaccine for the coronavirus.
Dr. Bright says he was reassigned for resisting Trump’s push to use the anti-malaria drug hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for coronavirus despite it not being tested for use on coronavirus patients. Dr. Bright thinks that puts American lives at risk.
Trump is putting politics above science and even above our nation’s critical need for a vaccine. It’s completely unacceptable. Do you agree?

This kind of behavior is just what we can expect from President Trump at this point. When experts disagree with him, he gets rid of them. He did it with Lieutenant Colonel Vindman, and now Dr. Bright.
