The fellowship was designed to help community activists, organizers, and artists from the DC/Maryland/Virginia area scale their community work and build their networks. Overall, participants felt the program’s approach, content, and coaching strengthened these abilities.
Researchers developed surveys to elevate the experiences of early educators eligible for and receiving Pay Equity Fund payments and their employers. This report documents the survey design and administration process and may help others undertaking local surveys.
