Voting is the cornerstone of our democracy. But in recent years, we’ve seen unprecedented efforts from Republicans to suppress the vote, targeting communities of color, young people, and the elderly.

That’s why I’ve been fighting on the frontlines to protect your right to vote and ensure our elections are fair and accessible to all. So far, I’ve:

• Co-sponsored the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, to restore the protections of the Voting Rights Act of 1965


• Introduced the Voter Empowerment Act, to modernize our voter registration system, expand early voting, and eliminate barriers to the ballot box


• Fought against voter ID laws that disproportionately affect Black voters

But this fight is far from over. Extremists are vying to silence our voices, and will if allowed victory in November. That’s why I need your help.
