Hi John,
I have significant developments all over the country to report- with special meaning to Arizona.
First in Georgia, where Dominion machines are close to being taken out of use! Big win for election integrity! 11 Alive reports:
ATLANTA — Two groups are asking the state election board to ditch the state’s Dominion touchscreen devices this fall, citing their faulty security. The board could take up the bipartisan request as soon as Tuesday.
Dominion voting system computers have been fixtures in Georgia since the 2020 election. But the state election board is getting multidirectional pushback -- from the two political parties, and cybersecurity experts, saying Dominion ballot marking devices shouldn’t be used this fall.
"It's madness, actually, to go into a system and have all of our ballots relying on that," said Jeanne Dufort, chair of the Morgan County Democratic party Monday. She wants the board to switch to hand-marked paper ballots for the November presidential election, while continuing to use Dominion ballot scanners and tabulators to count votes.
Republican Debbie Dooley, an early backer of Donald Trump in 2015, has also asked the election board to replace the state’s computerized voting system with hand-marked paper ballots this fall.

Second, Smartmatic- purveyor of voting technology- was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury of bribery, bribing election officials to use their machines then laundering the money for bribes elsewhere. It is a huge scandal and evidence of malfeasance in our system!
Colin Rugg reports:
JUST IN: Three officials for electronic voting technology company Smartmatic have been indicted by a federal grand jury for a bribery and money laundering scheme.
The DOJ named Roger Alejandro Piñate Martinez, Elie Moreno, and Jose Miguel Vaque in the indictment.
The men allegedly facilitated at least $1M in bribes to be paid to former Comelec (Commission on Elections) Chairperson Andy Bautista.
The bribes were used to obtain business related to providing voting machines in the Philippine elections.
Roger Piñate (photo below) is the president of Smartmatic.
DOJ report:
According to the indictment, between 2015 and 2018, Roger Alejandro Pinate Martinez, 49, a Venezuelan citizen and resident of Boca Raton, Florida, and Jorge Miguel Vasquez, 62, a U.S. citizen and resident of Davie, Florida, together with others, allegedly caused at least $1 million in bribes to be paid to Juan Andres Donato Bautista, 60, the former Chairman of COMELEC. These bribes were allegedly paid to obtain and retain business related to providing voting machines and election services for the 2016 Philippine elections and to secure payments on the contracts, including the release of value added tax payments.
The co-conspirators allegedly funded the bribes through a slush fund that was created by over-invoicing the cost per voting machine for the 2016 Philippine elections. To conceal and disguise the nature and purpose of the corrupt payments, the co-conspirators used coded language to refer to the slush fund and caused the creation of fraudulent contracts and sham loan agreements to justify transfers. The co-conspirators then allegedly laundered funds related to the bribery scheme through bank accounts located in Asia, Europe, and the United States, including in the Southern District of Florida.

Lastly, right here in Arizona, a good friend of mine, Merissa Hamilton, won against (soon to be former) Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer. He was trying to sue her because she had unflattering (and true) things to say about the job he did in 2022. A judge rebuked him and ordered him to pay her a fine.
We have an absolute right to question the conduct of our elections and we will not be denied that!

People seeing the problems with voting machines. Preferring paper ballots.
Our right to question election conduct is upheld again.
These are good things. But we have SO much more to do.
Ask yourself this question: when it comes to election integrity, who do you trust to fight for you in the state Capitol? I am fighting every day here for election integrity, against radical leftists who want these elections to be fraudulent, with illegals voting and no chain of custody for ballots. It's true! I am the #1 target of the Left AGAIN in November- they don't like me because I work hard and fight and win. Will you help me? Our fight for election integrity is crucial, especially now. Fight alongside me! ([link removed])

P.S. Arizona is paying attention to how well I can raise money - and how many patriots can support me. Will you help me show them how serious we are about election integrity? ([link removed])
