But if anyone can challenge the script and overcome these odds, it’s Gov. Larry Hogan.
While this race is an uphill battle, Gov. Hogan has already done the impossible twice before. He was re-elected as a Republican governor in deep-blue Maryland.
Now, he is fighting every inch of the way so he can bring strong independent leadership to Washington.
