There’s an old saying that “marriage is an adventure.”

Well, you can’t get more adventurous than our first year of marriage! Emily served as Deputy Majority Leader in the Washington State Senate, we launched a campaign for Congress, and we won a crowded primary election. We’ve met hundreds of people and traveled in more cars, planes, and ferries than you can imagine.
