Creating the future of our multiracial democracy is going to require change. Not only on an individual basis, but in our institutions as well. Race Forward removes the barriers to equity in organizations by giving people the tools to transform their operations, and make equitable choices. Our training has proven, measurable impact. 90% of our trainees tell us they benefited from our training and we hear time and again how attendees put their learning into action.

We invest in training because it’s a critical piece to how we create change, by giving people what they need to move forward in advancing equity. Our assessment and decision-making tools, strategy guides, and toolkits are real-world solutions to real-world problems facing our society.

Through Race Forward programs like Honest Education Action & Leadership (HEAL) Together, and the Housing and Land Justice Initiative, among others, we further build power and harness our greatest strength: each other. We collaborate and accomplish common goals, not in spite of our differences, but because those differences are essential to building a future that celebrates diversity, centers equity, and protects our democracy.
