Council to review proposals for the upcoming 2025 legislative session
Olympia—At its August 20 meeting, the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) will review proposals for the upcoming 2025 legislative session. The Council will consider several proposals, including making existing funding levels for the Washington College Grant permanent and increasing funding to support OtterBot, an interactive chatbot, to boost financial aid applications and postsecondary enrollment. The proposals reflect the Council’s priorities articulated in WSAC’s 2025 Strategic Action Plan, which was updated and approved at the May 2024 meeting.
