If you were to ask me what the worst part about running for Congress is,
I'd say that the truth is I hate how much money there is poisoning our
political system.

I hate how super PACs and anonymous billionaires can spend unlimited
amounts to influence our elections. I hate how many of my colleagues in
Congress take no issue with our broken, corrupt system because it all
serves to benefit them.

But I also understand that in order for our movement to win, we need the
resources required to stay competitive. We have to run TV ads, we have to
open offices, we have to fund our organizing efforts on the ground, and so
much more.

But all that doesn't mean that we can't stick true to our values.

We've proven time and time again that running a winning campaign through
small-dollar, grassroots contributions is not only possible, it's an
incredibly powerful way to demonstrate our movement's strength.

So I'm really hoping that you can make your
