Dear MoveOn member,
Big announcement: MoveOn is launching a $1.2 million ad campaign across
   six battleground states.
Our new ad slams Donald Trump for his dangerous and deeply unpopular plans
to make abortion illegal nationally and is designed to reach "surge"
voters—the 1.5 million people in battleground states who are infrequent
voters but were key in defeating Trump in 2020.
MoveOn's internal data-driven research shows that abortion is the issue
that is most likely to motivate surge voters to the polls—and to vote for
Vice President Kamala Harris. MoveOn has tested several versions of our ad
to determine the precise version that is most effective with our target
audience, and the results are outstanding!
But here's the catch: Our research shows surge voters need to view our ads
eight times in order for the message to stick with them. That means we
need at least 1,000 MoveOn members to sign up as monthly donors by
midnight tonight to get our ad up and running and keep it up for as long
as possible so our target audience sees it as many times as possible.

Will you start a monthly donation before midnight tonight to make sure
surge voters know about Trump's despicable views on banning abortion and
forcing people to give birth? Your ongoing donation will help ensure we
are able to hammer home our message to surge voters in critical states
   from today through Election Day.
[ [link removed] ]Yes, I'll chip in monthly.
   [ [link removed] ]No, I'm sorry, I can't make a monthly donation.

Airing abortion-focused ads targeting surge voters in swing states is a
smart and strategic use of funds for two reasons.
First, when voters know about Harris and Trump's positions on abortion,
voters rate Harris 11 percentage points more favorably than Trump on the
   issue.^1
But—importantly—1 in 4 voters are very misinformed or entirely uncertain
about Trump's stance on abortion. Shockingly, 12% of voters believe Trump
supports legal abortion. Another 14% of voters are not sure where Trump
   stands on abortion.^2
This amounts to literally millions of voters—including many in the crucial
battleground states that will decide this election—who may cast votes
based on misinformation about one of the most important policy and human
   rights issues facing the nation.
We simply cannot let that happen.

Which is why MoveOn is working to expose Trump's despicable and unpopular
views on abortion, inform the electorate, and ensure we motivate surge
voters to the polls. Will you start a monthly donation TODAY to help make
   it happen?
[ [link removed] ]Yes, I'll chip in monthly.
   [ [link removed] ]No, I'm sorry, I can't make a monthly donation.

Trump and his MAGA running mate, JD Vance, both know that abortion is a
   losing issue for them.
A brand-new poll shows that 67% of Americans oppose the Supreme Court
decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.^3
That's why, as The Washington Post reports, "Trump and Vance have spent
little time discussing reproductive health care with voters. Vance did not
bring it up in the past two weeks of speeches in five battleground
   states."^4
But we should never, ever let Trump and Vance get away with their lies and
silence. We can never, ever let the American people forget that Trump
repeatedly bragged that he was responsible for overturning Roe.^5

Will you help MoveOn get the word out about Trump's stance on abortion,
inform critical voters in battleground states, and defeat Trump and MAGA
this November? Your monthly donation could not be more critical.
[ [link removed] ]Yes, I'll chip in monthly.
   [ [link removed] ]No, I'm sorry, I can't make a monthly donation.

   Thanks for all you do.

Want to support MoveOn? The MAGA right is declaring war, and Project 2025
is their battle plan. Project 2025 threatens our rights, attacks
communities of color, hurts middle- and working-class families, and
undermines our democracy. But we will not back down or let Trump steamroll
   our nation.
Will you start a monthly donation to power and sustain MoveOn's election
plan, stop Trump, and ensure Project 2025 is never enacted?

[ [link removed] ]Yes, I'll chip in $5 a month.
   [ [link removed] ]No, I'm sorry, I can't make a monthly donation.
