I have been leading an organization of volunteer First Aiders for 5 years and in that time we have lived experiences of all kinds, humanitarian, social, environmental, and training, which have enriched and strengthened us. In this voluntary work, what has motivated me to become an Instructor is the need that populations and communities have to learn how to save lives. Listening to their stories of emergency situations, accidents, incidents that occurred in their environments and places of work, many of them could be controlled in a timely manner if they had had the necessary knowledge and training. However, they felt the helplessness of not being able to do anything due to ignorance and lack of preparation. Now as an Instructor, our mission is to reduce the mortality rate in emergency situations, training more and more people in bleeding control.
