Halfway
through our second year, I’m thrilled to report huge growth in the
impact of our programs. Students have spent more than 25,000 hours
learning about what makes America exceptional: our Founding Documents
and the ideas and institutions that arose out of it. We’ve also
awarded $150,000 in scholarships with another $50,000 being awarded
for those applying by the next deadline of December
31st.
This
success provides us an opportunity to reflect on what these ideas are,
and why we’re so drawn to them.
Foundational to America is the realization that our
rights are given to us by our Creator. The precious gift of our
“unalienable” rights comes directly from God. That’s what makes them
so special and universal. And history is a constant reminder that we
nonetheless need to defend them. Ronald Reagan rightly noted that
freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We
must remain vigilant. Once we lose our rights, we might never get them
back.
That’s why
I’m optimistic about our future: I’m deeply inspired by the thousands
of students who are participating in our Constitutional Studies
Program. We’re arming these future leaders with passion for and
knowledge of America.
My recent
travels only make me more optimistic. In July, I spoke at a
Turning Point Academy conference. I met hundreds of educators who were
lining up at our booth. They acknowledged that schools aren’t teaching
civics. They eagerly ordered our materials to share with students and
faculty to fill this crucial gap in students’ learning.
These
educators also brought a sense of urgency in every conversation. They
know that with every class that graduates without learning about
America, the foundation of our country erodes.
That’s why
we need your help. We ask that you help us grow and meet our goal of
reaching tens of thousands of students annually. Please spread the
word by forwarding this email and telling students and educators about
FFROA.
We also
humbly ask for your financial support. Your tax-deductible gift brings
foundational education to young Americans, turning them into informed
citizens and future leaders who are equipped to defend the
Constitution and the freedoms it provides so that they will pass it on
to the next generation. Click here to donate

I’m also
excited to share that we’re opening our courses up to people of all
ages who want to learn about the greatness of America. Look out for
the new tab on our website that will lead non-students to these free
courses.
Please
reach out to me with questions or ways in which you may be able to
help.
Yours in Liberty,
