Disability waiver case manager informed choice training requirement [ [link removed] ]
* *Audience:* Lead agency disability waiver supervisors and case managers
* *Summary:* DHS created a new required course for disability waiver case managers, “Informed Choice: Disability Waiver Case Manager Training.” The course supports recent legislative changes to disability waiver case manager training requirements.

* *Summary:* This two-day advanced practical training covers how to use safety science principles to respond to critical incidents, engage employees in safety and improvement efforts and analyze systemic factors related to unintended outcomes.
