As Wisconsin’s primary wraps up tomorrow, all eyes will be on the race between Tammy Baldwin and Eric Hovde for our state’s battleground Senate seat.

So fast forward to Election Day in November and imagine seeing this:

Imagine checking your phone or turning on the news to see that Eric Hovde has flipped Wisconsin’s Senate seat red.

As a result, Republicans have won control of the Senate majority by a single vote. Eric Hovde now becomes the deciding vote to pass a national abortion ban, repeal the Affordable Care Act, and gut Social Security.

It’s not fun to imagine — but it’s the reality we could be facing if Eric Hovde outspends our campaign, breaks the polling tie, and succeeds in buying this Senate seat.
