I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new CEO of The Trevor Project. My name is Jaymes Black (they/she/he), and it's an honor to join this incredible community dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ young people.

I've admired The Trevor Project for years, and my personal journey has brought me to this special moment. The mission of The Trevor Project is close to my heart; as a young person, I often wished for a resource like this. Now, I am eager to work alongside you to build a future where every LGBTQ+ young person feels seen, supported, and empowered.
