In November, a well funded think tank issued a report that warned of a possible pandemic and stated that the US government was ill prepared to deal with it. Very intriguing, especially since I never heard anything about it until after the virus hit hard.   So we decided to investigate and find out as much as we could about the report. We hit a roadblock.  A big one.
