Friend — $35

That’s the average online contribution to our campaign so far this year.

When you think about the amount of money that goes around in politics these days, $35 really isn’t a lot. And of course, most people give less — $5, $10 whatever they can afford at the time.

That’s because this progressive movement isn’t backed by Super PACs and far-right mega donors. We don’t rely on corporate interests like Big Oil, who spent $133,272,094 (!!) alone on federal lobbying last year amid record profits.

We rely on regular folks like you — thousands and thousands of people — who are willing to chip in what they can to power our fight for progressive change. And this movement has proven time and time again that we are up to the task.

With that in mind, Thursday is the halfway point of the month and we are currently tracking behind on our August goals.

We’re confident that we can catch back up, $35 at a time, with your help. Believe us, it adds up quickly when we're all chipping in.

What do you say? Make a contribution of $35 — or whatever you can afford — to power our campaign and our movement for progressive values. [[link removed]]
