John, it's Lois Frankel, and before I ask you to support my reelection campaign for Congress, I want to say this:
In over thirty years of serving South Florida in elected office, I typically wouldn't hesitate to celebrate any of my constituents — but Donald Trump is the exception.
Since day one of his political career, Trump abandoned his fellow Floridians of all walks of life by working to attack access to reproductive freedom, defund Social Security, and let's not forget his inaction during the pandemic that hit our state especially hard.
I won't stand for it. His uninformed, antagonistic extremism has not, and will never have, a place in South Florida.
But as his second presidential campaign continues, so does the wave of support for other MAGA Republicans in our state, like my GOP opponent. And I don't have to remind you that some of Trump's top donors live in Palm Beach.
John, this is all to say that now is an incredibly important time to fully support Democratic candidates who truly have the best interests of the everyday Floridian in mind.
For over three decades, I've been an unapologetic and unwavering advocate for our biggest issues, and I want to continue, but my team and I need your help.
