DWC has proposed the Fiscal Year 2025 Research Agenda of the Workers’ Compensation Research and Evaluation Group (REG).
Texas Labor Code Section 405.0026 requires the REG to prepare a research agenda each year for the commissioner of workers’ compensation to review, approve, and publish in the Texas Register.

DWC is accepting public comments on a proposed rule that updates and reorganizes 28 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 134, Subchapter F, concerning pharmaceutical benefits.
The changes are necessary to remove obsolete provisions and to update references and language to be consistent with other rules.
