Do you
ever wonder about President Trump’s faith? I have the honor to be President Trump’s personal Pastor. One of the greatest honors of my life
was the chance I had to serve in the Trump Administration advising the White House Faith and Opportunity Initiative.
Our goal
was to give the faith community a seat at the table and a voice in government programs devoted to defending issues like religious liberty and the
fight to end poverty.
There was
no administration that did more for the faith-based community in the United States than President Donald J. Trump. He safeguarded religious freedom at
home, and promoted it abroad, and it was a privilege to be a part of his efforts.
But, I really wish you knew the man I know…
President
Trump is a man of honor, integrity, and deep faith. He came to me in 2011, and said he didn’t like the way the country was going. He asked me a
simple, but profound question: what does God say?
I knew
this was a pivotal moment for our country, and I took it with the utmost seriousness. I brought in 30 pastors, and we prayed for 6 hours. What I told
President Trump after? “God said you’re going to be President, but I hate the price you’re going to have to pay.”
The
upcoming 2024 election is another one of those profound moments for our country. I’ve started the National Faith Advisory Board to proudly
continue the work we began in the Trump White House, founded on prayer, conservative policies, and faith in God. We’ve had GREAT
success!
