Biden Explains His Decision to Withdraw From Election

He describes how he was forced to resign. New York Post: President Biden all but admitted he was pushed out of the presidential race by Democratic Party elites and specifically name-dropped former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in his first TV interview since the tectonic news last month. Biden said that Dems in the House and Senate were worried that he’d drag down their chances of being reelected. He said he believed his reelection bid would face too many distractions if he carried on (New York Post). Tulsi Gabbard Placed on TSA Terror Watchlist by Biden Administration

Townhall: Rep. Tulsi Gabbard is speaking out after the Biden Administration quietly put her on the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) terrorist watchlist. Last month, Gabbard and her husband were at the airport waiting to board their flight when they found that their boarding passes were marked with “SSSS,” which stands for “Quad S.” This means that a passenger is viewed as a potential threat and subject to random searches. She also will unknowingly have two explosive detection canine teams, a transportation security specialist, an undercover TSA supervisor, and three federal air marshals on any flight she boards (Townhall). A few weeks ago, I had the audacity to tell the truth: that Kamala Harris would essentially be a mouthpiece and puppet of the Military Industrial Complex and National Security State. The next day, July 23, they retaliated. Sadly this is what we can expect from the “Harris” Administration (X). Kamala Harris Promises to Fix the Border Crisis

Now, she is campaigning on the promise to fix the crisis in which she created the past four years. Harris called for a “pathway to citizenship” during her rally on Friday after accusing former President Donald Trump of not wanting to fix the southern border (Townhall). If you thought the last 3.5 years was bad with illegal immigration, just see what happens if Harris becomes president. “We know our immigration system is broken, and we know what it takes to fix it. Comprehensive reform that includes strong border security and an earned pathway to citizenship” (X).

Kamala Harris Steals Trump’s Proposal, Announces She Wants to Eliminate Taxes on Tips

Washington Post: Vice President Kamala Harris is echoing an idea first proposed by her opponent, Donald Trump, by pledging that she would push to eliminate taxes on tips. “When I am president, we will continue our fight for working families of America, including to raise the minimum wage and eliminate taxes on tips for service and hospitality workers,” Harris said during a campaign rally Saturday at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas (Washington Post). Trump War Room: Kamala just announced she is stealing President Trump’s “NO TAX ON TIPS” proposal. But like everything else she says, it’s a pure political calculation she’ll never actually do — but President Trump WILL (X). London Police Chief Threatens to Extradite Americans if They Violate UK Disinformation Law

Fox News: London’s Metropolitan Police chief warned that officials will not only be cracking down on British citizens for commentary on the riots in the U.K., but on American citizens as well. “We will throw the full force of the law at people. And whether you’re in this country committing crimes on the streets or committing crimes from further afield online, we will come after you,” Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley told Sky News. Riots have broken out across the United Kingdom in recent days over false rumors spread online that an asylum seeker was responsible for a mass stabbing at a Taylor Swift-themed dance event that left three girls dead and others wounded. The murders, allegedly committed by a now 18-year-old British citizen born to Rwandan parents, sparked a series of violent protests that tapped into broader concerns about the scale of immigration in the UK (Fox News). Tim Walz Claims “Misinformation” is Not Protected by Free Speech

National Review: While such a sentiment has become disturbingly popular with some Americans and policy-makers like Governor Walz, it is incorrect. The First Amendment does guarantee free speech when it comes to both misinformation and hate speech. Individuals and public officials may detest and condemn such speech, and platforms may choose not to carry it, but to insert the government into regulation of such expression would both set a troubling precedent and undermine our current First Amendment principles in ways that should concern Americans across the political spectrum. While policy-makers and individuals may think they are protecting the public from potential harm or propaganda, laws that would allow the government to regulate misinformation would quickly risk trampling on the ability to discuss a wide array of political and social issues. The consensus about what is true regarding sensitive topics such as abortion, the Middle East, and the Covid-19 pandemic can change rapidly (National Review). Hezbollah Launches Drone Strike Against Israeli Health Care Center

All Israel: Following an IDF airstrike in Lebanon that eliminated killed Hamas commander Samer Mahmoud al-Hajj on Friday evening, the Hezbollah terror group launched several explosive drones into Israel’s northern communities on Saturday evening. A statement released by the IDF said al-Hajj, a senior Hamas commander in Lebanon, was responsible for “advancing terror attacks and projectile launches from Lebanon toward Israeli territory” (All Israel). Aviva Klompas: Earlier today, a Hezbollah drone struck a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities in Israel. There was wall-to-wall coverage after the IDF struck a school used by terrorists, yet zero news coverage of terrorists striking a health center in Israel. Now why is that (X)?

Two Boxers With XY Chromosomes Win Olympic Gold Medals Competing Against Women

Axios: Algerian boxer Imane Khelif defeated China’s Yang Liu in a unanimous decision to win the gold medal in women’s welterweight boxing (under 66kg) at the Paris Olympics (Axios). Daily Wire: A fighter who failed past gender eligibility tests won gold in the women’s Olympic featherweight final match on Saturday. Lin Yu-ting of Taiwan, 28, absolutely dominated 20-year-old fighter Julia Szeremeta of Poland, leaving the female fighter bloodied. Lin, who physically towered over Szeremeta, won the match in a unanimous decision. “These two right now are not remotely on the same level,” one of the Olympic commentators noted during the match. Lin is the second fighter who won gold in women’s Olympic boxing after gender tests revealed XY chromosomes, according to the International Boxing Association (IBA). The International Olympic Committee (IOC) permitted Lin to compete in the women’s division despite failed gender tests in 2019 and 2023. The Olympics’ gender eligibility standard for boxing is based merely on a fighter’s passport (Daily Wire).

Boxing Olympic Gold Medalist Files Legal Complaint Against Those Who Questioned Gender

Associated Press: Olympic boxing champion Imane Khelif has filed a legal complaint in France for online harassment after a rain of criticism and false claims about her sex during the Paris Olympics, her lawyer said Sunday. The complaint was filed Friday with a special unit in the Paris prosecutor’s office for combating online hate speech, alleging “aggravated cyber-harassment” targeting Khelif, lawyer Nabil Boudi said. In a statement, he described it as a “misogynist, racist and sexist campaign” against the boxer. It is now up to prosecutors to decide whether to open an investigation. As is common in French law, the complaint doesn’t name an alleged perpetrator but leaves it to investigators to determine who could be at fault (Associated Press). Daily Mail: Last year, the Algerian had been banned from progressing through last year’s World Championships, by the IBA, the sport’s international governing body. Lin Yu-Ting, similarly, had failed an IBA gender test and was kicked out of the same World Championships. Both boxers are classified as having Differences of Sexual Disorder, which is a group of rare conditions involving genes, hormones and reproductive organs. Some people with DSDs are raised as female but have XY sex chromosomes and blood testosterone levels in the male range (Daily Mail).

President Trump Unveils New Campaign Ad Detailing Kamala Harris’ Radical Positions

She even goes as far as to call herself a “radical.” Daily Wire: During a rally on Friday, former President Donald Trump played a new ad which takes aim at Vice President Kamala Harris by using her own past remarks against her. Harris, the Democrats’ effective 2024 presidential nominee, has an extremely left-wing history in politics, and voiced similarly radical positions during her failed 2020 presidential run. Video clips of those staked out positions by Harris were compiled by Trump’s team and featured in the new ad.
