On the one hand, I’m proudly running for re-election on my record of fighting for an economy that puts working families first. An economy where corporations pay their fair share, where folks have access to affordable health care and paid family and sick leave. Where every worker gets paid a living wage.
I’m running proudly on my record standing up for abortion rights, in Oregon and across the country.
And I’m running proudly on fighting back against MAGA attacks on our democracy.

But maybe you’re thinking… OK, Andrea’s record sounds pretty good, but what about her opponent’s?
Great question. And here are some facts about where my opponent, Mike Erickson, comes down on the issues:
* He’s spoken out in support of deep cuts to Medicare and Social Security.
* He came out against same-sex marriage, saying he was “dedicated” to “preserving traditional marriage.”
* He wants to ban abortion — and not just in other states. He’s repeatedly spoken out against the law I helped pass protecting the right to choose here in Oregon.
* He backed sham “audits” of the 2020 election results and stoked Donald Trump’s conspiracy theories about a stolen election.
* He said the things Trump did as president were “great for the country” — which gives you a pretty clear idea of the kind of legislator Erickson would be.
The contrast couldn’t be much clearer in this race, but it’s not enough for you and me to know it — we need the voters to know it, too.
We know that if voters learn the truth about what I stand for and where my opponent comes down, we will win this race. But that only happens if we get our message out — and we can’t do that without your help.
