When I decided our district has been waiting our turn long enough and it’s time for someone to represent the people and not corporations…

The DCCC (the campaign arm of the House Democrats) blacklisted me, and the WA State Democrats blocked me from their voter file.
Even though my opponent, Derek Kilmer, is the 11th most conservative Democrat in the House...
Even though he refuses to support single-payer healthcare, which is in the WA Democratic Party platform...
Even though he takes money from Big Oil, pharma, and health insurance…
Sheer hypocrisy.
People said Derek Kilmer is too entrenched for me to make progress, but now former Kilmer fans are on our side.
People said I wouldn’t raise any money, but I’ve raised more than all of Kilmer’s challengers from any party in 2014, 2016, and 2018 combined.
While the corporate Democrats are desperately trying to hold onto their power, Republicans are giving unlimited slush funds to corporations and Wall Street — and pennies to regular people.
I believe in a different vision: housing, healthcare, and jobs for all.
When every single woman, man, and child can live the life they dream of instead of struggling to get by.
Where a pandemic means the government steps in to HELP people — not leave them to sit at home for weeks wondering if they’re going to get sick and die, lose their home, or go bankrupt.
That’s why I’m running, and that’s why I’m running to win.
In the past 10 months since I announced this campaign, we’ve built incredible momentum and it’s only growing.
